Shipping times can be longer than normal.
Shipping is available ONLY to the following countries:
Finland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Ireland, Iceland, Great Britain, Italy, Austria, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, France, Romania, Sweden, Germany, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Estonia, China.

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully before using the “Liquid Metta” website (www.liquidmetta.com) “Website” and the e-commerce platform “Service” and “webshop”.

Liquid Metta reserves the right to change or update these terms & conditions without notice at any time.

By accessing any area of the Website and/or Service the user accepts these terms & conditions described below.

Within this document “we” or “I” means Liquid Metta and “you”, “user” or “customer” means the user or customer of the Website and/or Service.

Liquid Metta owns and runs the Website. All content and material in the Website and Service including but not limited to graphics, text, photos, logos, product descriptions and names are copyrighted by Liquid Metta unless otherwise noted.

Copying, reproducing, transmitting or distributing in any way the material or content of the Website is prohibited without prior consent from Liquid Metta. You may use the material and content of the Website for non-commercial purposes if you don’t alter the content in any way and include Liquid Metta and the Website address in the content clearly.

Prices

The prices listed in the Service are shown for a sample and a bigger amount (Usually 30g/300g or 30g/whole cake).
Prices listed include VAT as a default. For non-EU customers the VAT will be reduced in checkout. VAT is 14% for tea and 24% for other things.

Price, stock and availability information is subject to change without notice.

After the customer has placed an order if there is a pricing error in or stocking error we reserve the right to cancel the order of the product and return the money to the customer. Or additionally change the product to another one if agreed with the customer. The customer will be informed always as soon as the error is noticed.

Ordering process

The webshop works in two different ways in two different times of the year. Twice per year for limited two weeks time there is a “big order time” and the rest of the year is “sample order time”.

Description of “Sample order time”
You can only order small samples and no bigger amounts are sold or shown in stock. You can buy maximum two samples of each tea per order. The order will be sent to you in 5 business days.

Description of “Big order time
You can order both bigger quantities and small samples. You can buy maximum two samples of each tea per order. There is no limit for the bigger quantities of tea except what is shown in stock. Depending on which products and processing times you choose the order processing time is different (choices 1,2 and 3). The order processing time (5 business days or 8 weeks) is described clearly in the products’ text when adding the product to cart.

Choice 1
Customer selects only products with “5 business days processing time” description and one shipping fee. Once the money is received by Liquid Metta the order is processed in 5 business days

Choice 2
Customer selects both “5 business days processing time” and “8 week processing time” products. The customer selects one shipping fee. Once the money is received by Liquid Metta the order is processed in 8 weeks.

Choice 3
Customer selects both “5 business days processing time” and “8 week processing time” products. The customer pays the the shipping fee twice by adding one item of “extra shipping fee” to the cart (add it to the cart here). The “5 business days processing time” products are processed in 5 business days and the “8 week processing time” products in 8 weeks.

Choice 4
Customer selects only “8 weeks processing time” products and pay one shipping fee. The order is processed in 8 weeks.

Reserving the products for the customer after placing an order
The order confirmation that the customer receives after placing an order is not proof of an accepted order. Liquid Metta reserves the right to change the order (products, quantities etc.) in any way or refuse the order before the payment is received by Liquid Metta.

After placing the order in the webshop the products are reserved for the customer for 5 business days. If the payment from the customer hasn’t been received in 5 business days the order is cancelled, the customer is notified via email and the products are returned to stock.

Shipping to other countries doesn’t work unfortunately at the moment.

Returns

EU-customers
If you are not satisfied to our products you have the right to return the product without cost. You will be refunded the price of the product and the return shipping fee.

You have to make a written return notice by email from 30 days of receiving the package and receive a reply that it has been received.
After agreeing about the return method with Liquid Metta you have to ship back the package in 14 days from sending the return notice. Liquid Metta doesn’t have to give you any kind of refund or compensation if you haven’t sent the written notice within 30 days of receiving the products (even if you have sent the products back). You will be refunded the shipping cost of the sending back before you ship back the products and the cost of the products will be refunded after the products are received by Liquid Metta.

Important! The return method must be always agreed with Liquid Metta BEFORE shipping the order back. Liquid Metta doesn’t have to refund the return shipping fee if it has not been agreed with the customer beforehand.

Non-EU customers
If you are not satisfied to our products you have the right to return the product and get refunded the cost of the products. You must pay for the return of the products.

You have to make a written return notice by email from 30 days of receiving the package and receive a reply that it has been received.
After agreeing about the return method with Liquid Metta you have to ship back the package in 14 days from sending the return notice. Liquid Metta doesn’t have to give you any kind of refund or compensation if you haven’t sent the written notice within 30 days of receiving the products (even if you have sent the products back). Damaged parcels

Check the condition of the shipment when you receive it. If you notice that the parcel and products are damaged take photos immediately of the parcel and damaged products. After that make a written complaint to the carrier representative, take a photo of the complaint, give it to the representative and after that inform Liquid Metta for a replacement.

You must inform Liquid Metta within 14 days of receiving the parcel about damaged and faulty products.

Payment options

Liquid Metta is not obliged to pay or reimburse any transfer fees caused by the use of www.transferwise.com or caused by the customer transferring money to the accounts of Liquid Metta or other accounts with methods described below or any other methods not described here.

Currently I offer these two payment options described below (1. Bank transfer with your local bank and currency and 2. Debit/credit card or bank transfer using transferwise (www.transferwise.com)).

1. Bank transfer with your local bank and currency

Send a bank transfer from your local bank and currency with the bank transfer details below. This is the easiest and cheapest option for you if you have a local bank with these currencies. You pay the same fees than you would be when sending to a local bank account in your local currency.

2. Debit/credit card or bank transfer using transferwise (www.transferwise.com)

I recommend using transferwise if you don’t have a local bank with the supported currencies on the above list. Or you can use this option if you want to pay with debit/credit card. Transferwise has very low transfer and currency exchange fees compared to paypal. Send the payment with the “Payments in Euro” details.

Customs fees, local post office and other fees

Liquid Metta is not obliged to pay or reimburse any fees related to importing the products to the customer’s country or any additional fees connected to receiving the parcel.

Limitation of liability

Liquid Metta or it’s owner(s), employee(s), partner(s) or other representatives are not liable for damages caused by using the Website and/or Service or any hyperlinked third party. This applies to all damages of any kind including but not limited to loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage of property and claims of third parties.
