Taste, aroma, mouthfeel
It has already lost it’s young freshness. Quite smooth taste profile with bitterness, wood and fruits.
More tasting notes upcoming!
Qi, TCM, my experiences
I’ve enjoyed this leaves in a bowl many times in the summer of 2021. Nice and vibrant Qi.
According to TCM this sort of sheng pu’er has quite neutral cooling/warming characteristics.
Brewing tips
Works well brewed in a teapot (gong-fu or side-handle) and also leaves in a bowl.
As with all young sheng pu’er it’s not recommended to drink it to an empty stomach or early in the morning because it might cause nausea. To avoid it eat something before or don’t drink early in the morning.
Availability, price, source info (updated 22.09.2022)
Good availability. Most likely price will increase 5-10% annually.
